Our Story
Iowa Concrete is a general contractor based out of Swisher, Iowa with a branch office in New Franken, Wisconsin. Mike and Troy started Iowa Concrete as a concrete subcontractor in 2010 and, have expanded into providing full general contractor services, including self-performing concrete, carpentry, and steel erection trades. We also specialize in design/build services with a architect and interior designer on staff. With decades of experience along with our valuable employees we take great pride in our work. Iowa Concrete General Contractors is a emerging leader in General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design Build. Structured for success with our total project integration process we offer the opportunity to take a project from conception to completion with our design build delivery process or the traditional plan/spec delivery method. Our team offers in house design services along with relationships for structural, architectural, and mechanical engineering as well as interior design. Our field staff is experienced for all situations and can drive a schedule with attention to detail and quality. Our self-performed services in steel erection, carpentry, and of course concrete allows further control of the schedule and budget.
As our sales, reputation, and relationships have grow and have been driven by our customers’ needs. As a result we have opened a satellite office in Green Bay Wisconsin. Our multiple locations further help us service our clients throughout the United States. We use our multiple project delivery methods and with the use of solid local subcontractors we provide high quality services with superior results.
